My Book: The Point of Now
For those who are outwardly capable yet inwardly overwhelmed, this book points to a simpler way of living and leading. It invites you to step out of pressure and into a more natural sense of presence, ease, and direction.
What creates pressure in the first place
Most approaches to stress and overwhelm focus on managing symptoms: better habits, stronger mindset, improved productivity. While helpful at times, they don’t address the deeper cause of pressure itself.
The Point of Now was written to explore what’s actually creating the sense of strain beneath busy minds and full lives. By understanding how pressure is generated, clarity begin to return naturally, without effort, fixing, or force.
Let me tell you more about the book…
The Point of Now was written for people who are capable, thoughtful, and doing their best, yet still feel a constant sense of pressure beneath daily life. It’s for those who have tried improving habits, managing mindset, or pushing through, only to find the strain keeps returning.
Rather than offering another system to fix yourself, this book explores how pressure is created in the first place. It looks at how mind, time, and identity quietly shape our experience, and how much of what feels heavy was never meant to be carried.
Through simple explanations, real-life examples, and a clear visual framework, the book invites you to see your experience differently. When that understanding shifts, effort softens. Clarity returns. Decisions become simpler, without forcing change or trying to be better.
This is not a book about doing more. It’s about recognising what’s already present, and allowing life to move with more ease, honesty, and direction from that place.
About the Author
I’m Suzie Yeulett, a Certified Change Coach and writer. After years in corporate leadership, I saw how success often comes with constant pressure and quiet overwhelm.
The Point of Now grew from my work helping people understand how pressure is created and how clarity returns naturally when we see differently. This book reflects that understanding and the approach I use with clients every day.
